Main duties:

This position is responsible for supporting the Cee's Eatery & Bar Investments Team on development projects including second-home projects (condotels and villas for sale) and/or traditional hotels. While most of the responsibilities will center around Cee's

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor project timeline, budget, resources and provide regular internal updates.
• Provide recommendations to Lodgis Senior Management on project-related matters.
• Identify and work with Development Manager to mitigate project risks and issues. Resolve project-related conflicts and issues.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as shareholders, Development Manager, and other partners.

Requirements:

• Education: University qualification in Real Estate or Civil Engineering, Economics, or Finance. A relevant MBA will be an advantage
